Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete to customer satisfaction. In the view, if you are displeased with the Software as a Services provided by nDocuSoft, (a Document Automation Software and GPProperty Tax Calculator App by SONASHANKAR IT SOLUTIONS INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) we will refund back the money before invoice generation of payment & provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each service before subscribing it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, subscribers have the liberty to cancel their subscription and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied our service, customers can initiated the Cancellation within 24 hours of payment by provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Once cancellation is approved within 2 working days refund will be processed and amount would be reflected in customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days. Please read the fine prints of each service before subscribing it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

This Software As A Service subscription valid only up to 31st March of Subscribed financial year. Without renewal of subscription, that period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

If amount paid by credit card / debit card/UPI, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / debit card/UPI provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
