Cancellation Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied our service, customers can initiated the Cancellation within 24 hours of payment by provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Once cancellation is approved within 2 working days refund will be processed and amount would be reflected in customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days. This Software As A Service subscription valid only up to 31st March of Subscribed financial year. Without renewal of subscription, that period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
